Single Day Training Workshops


Our various telecom audit training workshops are designed to meet most any company's needs, whether they are Fortune 500 corporations or small businesses. Telecommunications Training - Telecom Basics is an overview introduction that teaches the basic workings of telecommunications systems including history, terms, vocabulary and principles of telecommunications.  We teach your staff the details involved in telephone lines coming from the provider's central office to your site (demarc).  To understand the billing, one must first understand how the system works. 

Telecommunications Training - Basic Auditing workshops reveal the answers to the question "Why are telecommunications bills wrong?" Students in this telcom training workshop learn basic telecom bill analysis techniques to uncover errors and tariff mistakes hidden inside almost every telecommunications invoice.  They learn how to recognize telephone invoice overcharges and obtain credits and refunds from any provider. Don't just purchase telecom, understand what you are purchasing first.

Telecommunications Training - One-Day Auditing Review If you have fewer than ten separate monthly telephone bills, this course is for you.  Using your own invoices, students are trained precisely how to audit and analyze their bills.

Telecommunications Training - Order Provisioning Many costly telecom billing errors occur because orders are incorrectly placed. Conducted on your site, or at our headquarters in Orlando, FL, students of Auditel's order process, or order provisioning, training learn all the principles and procedures in placing orders correctly.  They also learn how to keep and maintain accurate billing records - not as easy or simple as it sounds.  Graduates of this Order Process workshop are able to maintain the auditing process for many years, and spend much less time on monthly bill maintenance.  Onsite training includes a review of customer's bills to determine what other training may be needed.

Telecommunications Training - Basic Long Distance Auditing.  We train students how to analyze the cost per minute and understand the time and increments involved.  We explore contract basics which are essential in this course. The monthly fees and various usages are analyzed along with their billing methods.  This course is full of cost savings that don't involve switching carriers for savings.

Telecommunications Training - One-Day Long Distance Auditing Review.
