What is the Telecom Recovery service that Auditel provides?
We provide a nothing to lose telecom recovery service. This refund/recovery process gets your client familiar with our services. Once they see actual refund checks written to them for our efforts, they discover real savings! We then invoice them for a portion of the amount they received.
Is my client ever at risk?
No, your client is never at any risk. However, we are at risk. The Auditel client receives the checks written to them from each provider (with the clients name on them). We invoice the client for our portion of recovery AFTER they are paid. We are the only ones at risk. To date we have never had any client not pay us.
How much work do I have to do to get paid?
Payment is based on the referral client you give us for the recovery refund services. Once the client agrees to use our services, and their savings is obtained, then Auditel will invoice them for a percentage of their recovery. Your commission is a portion of the money that Auditel receives from this client.
How much money can I obtain?
This depends on the errors, violations and overcharges we find within their bills. We have found that it really doesn’t matter what size the size of the company is based on their revenue. Although the larger amount of bills the larger recovery (since more items will be found).
What is the minimum and maximum telecom spend required?
Auditel will audit any company if they suspect they have been overcharged. However, our clients usually have over $10,000 in monthly telecom spend. We have no cap for maximum telecom spend since we work on Government clients and large corporations who spend more than $2 Million monthly in telecom spend.
What if my client recently had a telecom audit or recently did their own research into their telecom?
That is ok. We constantly conduct go-behind audits to find what other auditing companies have left behind. We are serious about our services and we will find recovery.
What type of telecom services can you find recovery for?
All telecom services including: Telephone bills, Long Distance bills, Cellular (wireless) bills, Data (frame relay) bills, and internet bills.
What do I need to do to start sending my clients to Auditel?
Just give us a call and we will send you a basic sales agreement guaranteeing that if we find recovery then you will get paid a portion of it.
Can Auditel provide other services to my client?
Auditel provides Monthly Telecom Expense Management (TEM) which is a detailed review and analysis of your clients telecom bills every month providing savings, refunds, and recoveries. We provide Telecom Order Processing Service - We work as an extension of your client’s telecom department giving them support on managing their telecom services. We can place orders on their behalf and carry out all activities including (MACs) moves, adds, and changes. Our Telecom Reporting Services provide detailed analytical reports for senior management and process owners. These telecom reports are generated on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis including validation of telecom bills, authorizing bills for payment, providing accrual reports, traffic analysis, usage patterns, cellular bill plan changes, data circuit analysis, frame relay, and internet broadband usages and utilization analysis. These detailed reports have saved our clients millions. We also have a help desk which is available during the business day with 24 hour support. Auditel’s Telecom Disaster Recovery planning, implementation, and monitoring is appreciated by many and enable your client to receive calls even when others in their area are not in service. Another valuable service is our Telecom Expense Management Process Training - Auditel training has been approved by Government Services Administration (GSA) and is now offered to all Federal Government Agencies, State, and Local Government and Large Corporations. We provide as little or as much telecom services as your client requests. Since we don’t sell any products we remain focused on your client’s real needs and provide only the services they request. What other services can Auditel Provide?
We are specialists in telecom audits and for the past 16 years we are the industry leaders with extensive manual experience. We can conduct a detailed telecom audit that would consist of items that did NOT qualify for recovery.
How does Auditel bill for these services?
These services are contingency based. We only charge a portion of the projected savings as our fee.
How does this process work?
As savings are identified we bring the detailed information to the client in the form of a recommendation. The client chooses which recommendations to accept and which to deny. The client is in control during the entire audit process.
What is the difference between the recovery services and a full detailed telecom audit?
The audit is an added value to the recovery services. In the recovery services only findings that produce recovery and refunds are given. The items that do not qualify for recovery would not be identified without a full detailed audit, and would continue to bill.
What are some value items provided with the Telecom Audit?
These services provide THREE VALUE items - 1) Detailed recommendations to reduce your clients monthly telecom fees (items not needed, items not used, plans not needed, services not valid, etc.) 2) The clients complete telecom inventory is provided to them 3) Our software is included at no additional cost with the full detailed telecom audit. |
