Telecom Sales Associate - Anywhere in the United States
This role is primarily responsible for generating telecom auditing and expense management sales in SME segment, and State and Federal Government Agencies.

Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in front line sales dealing with senior decision makers including CEO, CFO, CIO and purchasing managers. Knowledge of Telecom Products and Services Sales is preferred. Candidate must be confident and goal oriented and be able to deliver results.

Telecom Auditor / Analyst – Orlando, FL - Oakland, FL

Candidate must have two years accounting or order processing experience. Telecom Auditor / Analyst will work directly with the LEC (local exchange carrier) on Telecom Customer Services Records (CSR) identifying the services of each location and verifying that the correct tariff rates, fees, surcharges and taxes are accurate for each charge they are applied to. Telecom Auditor / Analyst will be reviewing USOCs (Universal Service Order Codes) and comparing them with tariff for each LEC. Telecom Auditor / Analyst will use both software skills and manual processes to identify telecom billing mistakes, and tariff violations, to optimize the clients’ telecom services. This service provides savings and recoveries which are researched, then tracked and resolved by our Senior Telecom Auditor / Analyst.

The desired candidate should have strong analytical skills, and must be very knowledgeable in Microsoft Office. This person would have a working knowledge of telecom terms and services with experience in the telecom industry in telecom services and /or telecom order processing.

Senior Telecom Auditor /Analyst – Noida, India

Senior Telecom Auditor / Analyst would be responsible for leading a small team of telecom auditors / analysts. Plans and directs the telecom research and implementation work on specialized or complex telecom tasks. Telecom Auditor / Analyst is responsible for contacting the various Inter-exchange Carriers (IC), Frame Relay and Data Providers, Internet Providers, and Wireless Providers. Supervisors and supports the Telecom Billing Auditors and Analyst’s. Duties include; developing solutions to specific telecom projects, supervising the overall project, requests refunds for overcharges and tariff violations, and monitors the overall telecom bill project. Produce reports for internal meetings and give presentations as requested.

The desired candidate should have clear English speaking ability, good listening skills, and a thorough understanding of the English language. They should have extensive analytical skills, be very knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications. This person must be very organized with attention to detail. Candidate would have a working knowledge of telecom terms and services with experience in finance and accounts practices, or in the telecom industry in telecom services and /or billing.
